ADVISORY GROUP

GLS works closely in association with the independent Kazakhstan company providing consulting services in the area of corporate finance, mergers and acquisition and asset management. As a result of this collaboration a formal group of experts for M&A and corporate finance has been established (Advisory Group). The Advisory Group enables us providing services on a wide range of acquisition and sale of assets and investment matters.

The Advisory Group capabilities includes finding buyers and investors, company and assets disposition transaction support, pre-sale preparation assistance, and support in corporate reorganization and in debt restructuring processes.

The Advisory Group also conducts finance analysis, complex due diligence of acquiring and disposing assets, listing of securities in stock exchanges, restructuring and redemption of loans and securities, conversion of securities, delisting of securities and companies, exit of investors process, as well as on complicated and time-sensitive transactions.

In many instances, our multidisciplinary approach, discussions of the Advisory Group with participation of experts in different business and legal areas result in crafting commercial “out-of-the-box” and timely solutions.

The Advisory Group provides services to management companies of private equity funds, venture funds, real estate funds, mutual and trust funds.
